We will involve our patients in their own care seeking and respecting their opinions on their treatment being compassionate in our provision and mindful of their desires.

A safe, clean and pleasant environment will be created for patients to attend at in all of the practices, observing best practice protocols.

We will audit our performance and seek advice and external review where need is identified or guidance considered beneficial.

We will regularly review and revise these aims to ensure compliance and consistency of application.

The leadership of our team will be fair, open and consistent.

All staff members will feel at liberty to air concerns or identify possible weaknesses in our standards of care or applicable working systems.

Each individual will be listened to and supported to provide their evidence in regard to the concerns highlighted.

They will be involved in the investigation into the matter and the resulting outcomes will be discussed openly and publicised widely within the group.

This offers all the features of the Houston Dental Care Plan, but members are entitled to two dental appointments and up to four hygiene appointments per year. Please note, discounts only apply to treatments carried out at the practice.
